Strong gets you connected to your breath, and presents the challenge to go deeper and uncover the strength of not just the physical, but the mental self within. Previous vinyasa yoga experience is recommended. Each class will have a heavy emphasis on connecting breath and movement, intelligent sequencing, and offer a more dynamic, diverse practice.
