Yoga Nidra, or “Yogic Sleep”, is a relaxation practice that has been around for hundreds of years. In this 60 minute practice, Sara will guide you through layers of consciousness into an “awake” sleep through mental images and sensations. When you awaken, you will feel well-rested and deeply relaxed.
